About This Site

This site is not a site to promote nor sell products or services. This site is primarily a portfolio, to showcase some of the work that I can do. It compliments my résumé or LinkedIn profile in this way. It is an extension of my professional profile and provides resources to assist the reader in understanding my chosen profession, qualifications, and professional experience. This site also includes related links to resources I have used, that perhaps may be of interest and useful to the reader (hence, the term “plus” after “portfolio” in the logo).

If, however, you would like to know how I can be of service to you or your organization, or perhaps you would like to know more about the fields of Organization Development (OD) or Human Resources (HR), please feel free to contact me. Your needs, preferences, readiness, and tolerances will very much influence whether and how I may be able to help.

Regretfully, due to non-disclosure and other agreements, ownership rights, privacy protection, legal compliance, and ethical considerations, I am unable to showcase a majority of the work I have produced in the past. Such limitations on such works may necessitate providing similar works using unrestricted materials such as data or substitute with academic work for which I have retained rights.
