    •    Business process re-engineering and automation. Compiled and organized information. Created SharePoint assets to support effort. Mapped processes to identify opportunities for efficiencies, generated SOP as desired by client. Identified processes amenable to automation. Used Power Automate to create and share process flows, and tied flows to various SharePoint assets. Created a flows repository to ensure accessibility of flows in the event of personnel turnover. 

   •    Technical training and support. Worked with and supported employees: Provided training to support process-oriented thinking and support for process mapping and automation. Developed tools to support on-demand tasking and reporting. 

   •    SharePoint site administration. Developed a Teams and SharePoint site to house various assets, a planner for tracking and reporting, a page to organize references, SharePoint assets, and tasking to support operations. Developed various forms for data collection, trigger flows, and alerts to ensure team is responsive to customer requests and inquiries.
